Preparation of nutritious meals and snacks based on the client’s preferences, dietary needs, and established care plan. Services may include meal planning, grocery assistance, preparing meals, portioning food, cleaning the kitchen after meal preparation, and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration.

Medication administration and other medication-related services are provided only within the scope permitted by applicable law and the caregiver’s authorization

Transportation To Appointments
